Jagat Sharma undertook the contract to remodel, renovate, and expand the fraternity's property. The design work was completed and construction began. On April 28, 1994 the 1870 structure was destroyed by fire. The Sharma organization started over, 257days later, a mangnificent new building was opened. The fine result was due to timely attention to detail, exceptional design and efficient construction management.
