A brick exterior with gable ends, deep cornices and dentil moldings, white columns and trim and black shutters combine to give the building a colonial character.

The smaller entrance wing of the building faces out across two roads of the five way intersection. The main entrance is trimmed out in white painted wood.

Designed to house the offices of a prominent local Real-Estate agency the two story office building is located off a busy five way intersection. Located next to an existing colonial style building it was designed to fit the character of the local community.  The building footprint follows the natural bend in the site. The sides of the building are detailed differently to accentuate the main entry which is situated to face out across 2 roads of the intersection.
