Exterior View

The hotel design is based on a central lobby prototype. First floor brick base supports upper three levels finished with EIFS. The room layout is arranged to provide symmetrical projecting bays at each end accentuated by stepped bays at the middle.

First Floor Plan

The first floor is occupied by the lobby, adminstrative offices, public spaces and support areas.

Facade Detail

Multilayered projections capped with deep cornices emphasize the design elements of the project.

Pool

Patterned tile wainscot and painted walls enclose the pool area. The deck is covered with non slip tiles and decorative border. Coffered ceiling is painted in light blue and is furnished with indirect lighting. Adjoining exercise room looks in to the pool

Spa

An elliptical spa is located next to the main pool. Glass blocks bring indirect light and provide privacy.

Located in the middle of a large shopping and restaurant plaza, the 4 story Hampton Inn contains 76 rooms, grand lobby, a two story high breakfast area, pool & spa, meeting rooms, exercise room, laundry and other support areas. A large green space is provided between the building and the parking area. A fountain with circular walkway provides a grandiose approach to the lobby.
