Located in the heart of City of Ithaca's downtown area this three story brick building was the first of new buildings in the area. It was designed for multiple tenants. The main lobby features travertine marble floors, planters, brass railings and glass block walls. The main facade of the building is symmetrically organized with a tall circular window as the main design element. The window forms an atrium like space at the third floor.
