The one story 8,000 SF building is designed for Ithaca Cardiology Associates. The exterior brick wall is organized in a repetitive pattern of paired windows set in a recessed brick panels. The building corners are accentuated by corbelled brick quoins. Corbelled brick courses are also used to highlight the roof line. The entry features a arched glass wall flanked on each side by a high window.
