Corner View

Clad in brick, the building features corner windows with corbelled brick courses below the sills. A wide brick band decorated with limestone panels supported on brick piers forms the base.

Lower Entrance

Recessed two story high glass wall at the lower entry. It incorporates entrances to both the First Floor and Basement levels.

The mixed-use building is located at the major intersection in the heart of Collegetown's urban core. The 60' x 56' corner lot benefited from the existing grades, enabling the building to have access from two levels. The six story building contains 20 dwelling units on the upper five floors, while retail space occupies the street level. The basement contains building utilities and additional rental space with direct access from the rear.
