The design was an exploration of transparency and public space. The corner enrty vestibule opens into a large central lobby, basically a square turned 45 degrees whose sloping wall rise toward a central skylight running the length on the building.
Commercial plaza in the heart of the downtown historical district. The facade incorporates colored mental roof structures arranged in s series of "pods" set against reflective panels.
Single story building replacing fire damaged building and replicating storefronts with historical significance.
